One of the main concerns with Carrier Managers is the need to adjust the rate algorithims across the board to reflect competitive pricing within the logistics market. Rather than adjust this manually with individual entries per each week, the carrier team needed a more efficient manner to not only set a common rate across the company, but also set individual pricing per each customer if necessary. The final mock set provided showcases the ability for managers to see what the rates are overall, but also where the individual rate may vary from the standard recommendation alongside an audit trail of who last made changes in the system.
